Our adventure began in the ‘80s from the first experiments in the kitchen of the family restaurant (then a two Michelin stars).
Our products are DIFFERENT because OUR HISTORY IS DIFFERENT, we started from a small production dedicated to high-level restaurants, without following the traditional paths for the production of ice cream.
Instead, we made new experiences to create, from a small production, a large and cutting-edge plant capable of retaining all the extraordinary characteristics of the original production.
