The clue is in the name:
in Italian it means "minus 18 degrees", because the only preservative we use is low temperature.

Our ice cream is made from raw materials using nothing but the finest ingredients, including fresh Italian milk, fresh Italian free range eggs, fresh seasonal fruit, and containing no preservatives.

That's why for thirty years we have been recognized – both in Italy and abroad – for our quality and professionalism, and we continuously search for and test new ingredients to create unique and refined flavors. Our aim is to bring to you the AUTHENTIC ITALIAN "GELATO", which tastes good because it's made only with the right ingredients, nothing less and nothing more.
Making good ice cream is not for amateurs: it's the result of continuous research and testing. Every flavor originates from the skillful use of ingredients, combined through varied and innovative processes.

Made with fresh seasonal fruits. From Granny Smith apples to the hazelnuts "tonda gentile" from Piedmont, in our gelati and sorbets you'll find a world of selected flavors according to the seasons

OUR MILK

The milk we use for our GELATO is produced in our own dairy farm.

Our GELATO is made exclusively with Italian FREE-RANGE EGGS.
